Plant design

After the definition of the raw material mixture, the plant is ready to be designed. In this phase of the project, it is necessary to respect the integration of compulsory machines and avoid unnecessary machinery. In the next step, ZKC will define, together with the customer, the parts that can be produced or purchased locally to achieve maximal cost reductions.

Through our yearly cooperation in the heavy ceramic industry with SABO and Klimabloc, ZKC has developed deep know-how, which enables the right choice of the most optimal supplier and machines for each part of your plant.
